Hampton Inn Atmore

We stopped here for the night on our way to Orange Beach. Very friendly staff. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The casino is very close. We would stay here again.

Huge Shout out to Norma Jean.. for being a Great Communicator!.. I accidentally left something personal! She listened to me, handled management business! Located my belongings then got in touch with me. So thank you ma'am for being you! The rest of the staff was very nice! The only reason for 4 stars.. is because the bed wasn't to my comfort but was definitely sleep able. Thank you again for my visit! I do recommend!

I stayed at the Hampton Inn. I met the night audit / front desk young lady Ashley. She is very knowledgeable about Hilton. But the most impressive thing about Ashley is her ability to make people feel welcome. I could tell that she loves her job and the people that she comes in contact with. Besides Ashley being at this property. I can say the lobby is very clean. My room was very clean. I can tell that everyone who works at this Hilton property cares. This is so important in the service industry.

I really liked this hotel. The room was clean and the AC worked great. The breakfast included scones, waffles, sausage, egg omelettes, grits and more. They even had to-go goodie bags by the door with breakfast foods of you were in a hurry but wanted a nice breakfast. The hotel is a 5 min walk from a nice casino if you're into that. The hot water in the shower heated up immediately and the hotel was quiet.

I travel alot for work. This is one of the best places Ive stayed at. Clean rooms, comfy bed.

Super nice staff very friendly and knowledgeable about their position. Very nice lake with side walk completely around. Rooms were clean and well taking care of by cleaning staff. Would definitely refer this place to anyone traveling through.

I wish I could give this place TEN stars. To begin, my husband travels for work and has been staying here for the last month. Well, my three children and I decided to make the drive from Arkansas to visit him and spend a couple of days at the beach. I paid for a room the first night we were there, however, Miss Norma went above and beyond and switched my husband's room over to a double queen bed for the weekend so we could just room with him instead of having to pay for a separate room. Then the next day, we realized that we had left my little boys very much-loved stuffed animal in the hotel room that we had rented and checked out of the night before. When I tell you that one of the cleaning ladies stopped what she was doing and literally tracked down this stuffed animal and made sure my little boy got it back! She was amazing! The breakfast was pretty good, and the options were plenty! The rooms were clean, and they never hesitated to accommodate anything that we needed. The customer service at this hotel is absolutely stellar! I got a big ol' hug from Miss Norma as I was leaving and I don't think I have ever been sad to leave a hotel! LOL!

So I was staying for about 7 days for a job that I had. I was scheduled to check out at a certain date and time, but unfortunately with my job, there were some complications with how long I was staying. Madison at the front desk was very very helpful and very understanding with our situation and was able to get us squared away perfectly. Without her there I don't think any of me and my crew would have unable to sleep an extra day so that way we could drive safe. Thank you to the management and staff for evetything y'all have done for us
